On Behalf of Healthcare Congress 2024 Conference, PAGICLE Ltd Conference “is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, PAGICLE Ltd has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

FULL PAYMENT

Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online or in person. We do not reserve Conference Slots for any presenter or Listener/Delegate without payment. An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.

CANCELLATION REQUEST

As it is a in-person event, we do not consider any Cancellation requests. The requests may be considered under extreme circumstances, in such cases, the customer can rise cancellation requests, which may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person. REFUND POLICY

• Refund requests made more than 60 business days prior to Conference will be subject to an administration/Convenience fee of 20% percent of the registration price.
• Refund requests made between 1 and 30 business days prior to the conference are subject to a 50% percent administration fee.
• Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future Conference of your choice.
• No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the Conference.
